What Is Covenant Builders?

Covenant Builders is a structured career pathway program designed to provide access to real estate education, guidance, and support for individuals ready to pursue a professional path.

This is not an open enrollment program. Participants are selected through a competitive application process and are expected to meet clear standards of commitment, participation, and completion.

Financial Support

All applicants are automatically considered for need-based support.

No separate application is required.

Support is limited and awarded based on demonstrated need, alignment, and program capacity.

Program Investment

The total program value is $550.

Selected participants will receive a support determination outlining:
• Scholarship amount (if applicable)
• Participant responsibility

Payment Structure:
•Minimum payment due: July 25
•Remaining balance due: August 5

Failure to meet either deadline will result in removal from the program.
