Post Licensing
Post Licensing
Newly licensed provisional brokers are required to obtain 90 hours of post licensing education mandated by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission.
The program consists of three individual 30-hour classes, each including a mandatory final examination. Upon meeting all course requirements satisfactorily, a licensee will no longer have "provisional" status and will automatically become a "non-provisional broker."
If a licensee does not complete all three 30-hour courses within 18 months of their licensure date, their license will become inactive. All Post-Licensing students must present their license card or documentation of their license number from the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. Students can take the Post-Licensing courses in any order.
Post-licensing courses are taught live via Zoom, therefore students are required to have stable high-speed internet, a device capable of accessing Zoom platform and resources. as well as webcam and microphone for student interaction.
