Post-Licensing 302: Contracts & Closings M T W TH
The Contracts and Closing Course is one of three mandatory 30-hour Post-licensing courses that newly licensed North Carolina provisional brokers must complete within 18 months of licensure. This course provides advanced instruction on critical topics beyond those covered in Pre-licensing courses. Key topics include:
- Basic contract law concepts
- Real estate sales contract preparation and procedures
- Buyer’s due diligence
- Closing procedures
- Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA)
- Closing disclosure preparation
- Contracts for deed
- Options
- Selected real estate license status and education issues
Post-licensing courses are taught live via Zoom, therefore students are required to have stable high-speed internet, a device capable of accessing Zoom platform and resources. as well as webcam and microphone for student interaction.
Class sessions will be held Tuesday - Friday from 10:00 AM - 1:45 PM
