Solid Foundation Future Brokers
Program Overview
The Solid Foundation Future Brokers Program is designed to educate and provide tuition assistance opportunities to high school seniors throughout North Carolina towards obtaining their real estate license. Accepted applicants will be awarded full tuition for the 84-hour prelicensing course and are expected to:
- Complete all LearnTestPass assessments
- Score an 80% on end of course exam
- Meet attendance requirement
The North Carolina Real Estate Commission requires all students be present for 20% of scheduled instruction time. This course consists of 84 hours so student absences cannot exceed 16 hours.
Upon successful completion of the course Solid Foundation Real Estate Academy will also pay for one state license exam attempt.
Applicant Criteria
- High School Senior with a minimum 3.0 GPA
Must be classified as a high school senior and must possess
- 1- Letter of recommendation
Letter of recommendation must be from a member of the faculty or an employer that can attest to the applicants character and work ethic.
- Personal Statement
Minimum 500 word count essay explaining applicants background, skills, and/or unique experiences that have shaped them as a person and may have a direct impact on their decision to apply to the program.
Only 2 students will be selected from each high school to receive scholarships.
