Pre-Licensing Course
The first step on your journey to becoming a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Agent. This introductory course consists of 84 instructional hours, satisfying the NCREC minimum education requirement. The primary objectives of this course are:
(1) to provide students with the basic knowledge and skills necessary to act as a licensed real estate agent in a manner that protects and serves the public interest and (2) to prepare students for the real estate license examination. The required text for this class is "North Carolina Real Estate Today, Third Edition " published by 3Wise Teachers. The textbook is included with the cost of tuition.
This course will be taught live online via Zoom in a webinar style meeting. Students will be required to have a stable high speed internet connection, a device such as desktop laptop capable of accessing the course, and a webcam/microphone for student interaction.
